About Me
I’m Lakshay Sharma, a dedicated Electrical and Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, telecom infrastructure, and industrial automation. I currently work as a Technical Site Engineer at High Technext Engineering & Telecom Pvt. Ltd., where I lead field operations including RF/EMF/LOS surveys, BTS installation, and network optimization.
With a strong academic foundation — including a Diploma and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering — I’ve completed technical training with Delhi Transco, Tata Power, Infosys, IIT Delhi, and IIT Kharagpur, gaining deep insight into power systems, automation, and signal processing.
I’ve worked on innovative projects such as gesture-controlled wheelchairs, ECG signal modeling, and energy-efficient street lighting. I’m known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player — always ready to take on technical challenges and deliver smart engineering solutions.
